This issue was struck at the Philadelphia Mint but carries an “O” privy to symbolize the no longer existing New Orleans Branch, which did strike Morgan Dollars back in the day.

Coin Honors the New Orleans Mint
Obverse: The classic image of Liberty is once again honored on the obverse. The image is digitally taken from source materials in the Mint’s archives.
Reverse: The classic Morgan eagle is derived from digitized sources and appears on the reverse. The “O” New Orleans privy mark is centered below the ribbon on the eagle’s wreath, where the “O” mint mark should be.
