To get your orders delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible, MCM uses a variety of mailing methods. MCM reserves the right to select each mailing method on a case-by-case basis. All orders are personally hand-shipped by our trained team and receive individual treatment.
Free Shipping on orders $199 and above applies to mailing addresses defined as Domestic and Treated as Domestic by the USPS which includes:
Claims must be made within 30 days of the ship date. If items are lost or damaged in transit, we will undertake an investigation. You agree to cooperate with us in filing a claim for damaged/lost/stolen merchandise in any manner we may reasonably request; including the filing of a police report and/or the signing of an Affidavit stating the circumstances surrounding the situation. Once the claim is filed, we reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion.
We are not responsible for packages that are successfully delivered as addressed. Nor are we responsible for lost or stolen items if you have left instructions with the delivery service to leave parcels unattended for you without the need for a signature, or for packages signed for you by any of the following, including, but not limited to: a building manager, neighbor, a business mailroom, drop-off location such as Mail Boxes etc., The UPS Store, the Military Postal Service, or any person(s) that are not the addressee listed on the order. Our liability ceases the moment the package is signed for or left at the specified delivery address.
Any issues or problems with a shipment MUST be reported within 30 days of the anticipated delivery date. While we will make reasonable efforts to locate the package, we will not be held liable for packages lost in transit without notice past the 30 day period.

All orders over $750.00 will require a signature upon delivery across all methods of shipping. If no one is available to sign for the order at the time of delivery, the carrier will take the package to the nearest postal office/FedEx store to be held for pick-up or scheduled for re-delivery. ModernCoinMart (MCM) uses the following tiers for determining the shipping method for each order:
Domestic orders of $199 and above will receive free shipping through our shipping method of choice, which may include USPS or FedEx.
Once a package has been turned over to its respective carrier, MCM cannot control the whereabouts or tracking methods of said package. However, we do provide the tracking information for each order, which is updated by the carrier. Due to a variety of reasons, there are times where a package will be determined, “Lost In Transit” (LIT). If you do not receive your order in a timely manner or have concerns that the package may be lost in transit, please do not hesitate to contact us at Support@ModernCoinMart.com or call us during office hours at 1-800-362-9004 and one of our trained Customer Service Representatives would be more than happy to assist you. For orders that are lost in transit, you may be required to sign a LIT form in order to move forward in receiving a replacement or refund.
