New Eagle Landing Design
Obverse: The major design change was on the reverse, but the obverse was also modified a little. Adolph A. Weinman’s Walking Liberty design is shown here, now this version is closer to the original. His initials, “AW, appear on the obverse as well.
Reverse: The new design for the reverse is by Emily Damstra. The design shows a bald eagle with an oak branch in its talons as it descends from its flight. The eagle has an impressive level of detail.
NGC MS70 with a Brown Label
This Silver Eagle has a brown label to show its grade from the Numismatic Guaranty Company (NGC). Their team of experts found no flaws on this specimen, so it was awarded a perfect Mint State 70 grade.
