Description

Why buy this US Mint Proof 2007-S Clad Quarter Set?

The San Francisco Mint produced these Clad Proof 2007-S Quarters, so each one has an “S” Mint mark. The set comes from the penultimate year of state quarters, though the final year included the District of Columbia and some territories.

What do the designs of the Quarters in this US Mint Proof Clad 2007-S Set represent?

The first quarter in this Clad Proof 2007-S Quarters set honors Montana’s cultural heritage with the skull of a bison, a sacred symbol for some of the state’s native tribes. A salmon jumps in the foreground while the famous volcano Mt. Rainer rises in the background of the Washington State Quarter. The Peregrine Falcon, which was once an endangered species but has since risen in numbers, appears on the Idaho quarter. The Wyoming Quarter is unique in the entire State Quarters Series in that it features only an outline, that of a cowboy riding a bucking bronco. Rounding out the set is the Utah Quarter, which show trains approaching the Golden Spike on either side.

What does GEM Proof mean?

Coins in Mint State 65 or above may be called “GEM Proof” even without being given an official grade. Coins in this condition were struck well and retain attractive luster, though they may have some minor scuff marks, contact marks, and/or hairlines.

Honor America’s great Western heritage by ordering this 2007-S US Mint Clad Proof Quarter Coin Set today!
