1970 US Mint Uncirculated Coin Set
The 1970 Uncirculated Mint Set includes a total of ten coins which are struck at one of three different U. S. Mint facilities. Included in the set are the 0.01, 0.10, and 0.25 from the Philadelphia Mint; the 0.01, 0.05, 0.10, 0.25, and 0.50 from the Denver Mint; and the 0.01 and 0.05 from the San Francisco Mint. The total face value of the coins is $1.33 and the original purchase price for the sets was $2.50. The total mintage was 2,038,134. The coin weights and dimensions vary according to the denomination.
