This large copper coin has a face value of 5 kopeks. It was issued by Russia during the rule of Catherine the Great. These particular coins were in production from 1762 to 1796. Catherine the Great and the Russian Eagle
The obverse is where the date can be found. A detailed wreath and a crown can be seen around the edge of the design. The central portion displays Catherine the Great’s monogram.
