Why Order This 2021-W Burnished Silver Eagle Type 2 MS69 First Day of Issue?
While the United States Mint releases several varieties of the American Silver Eagle every year, the Burnished American Silver Eagle is struck using special burnished planchets, giving the coin an elegant matte-finish. Struck from 1 Troy oz. of .999 fine silver at the West Point Mint, this 2021 Type 2 burnished issue features the “W” mint mark and bears the new Type 2 Eagle Landing reverse design.

- This coin has been struck from 1 Troy oz. of .999 fine silver.
- Enhanced security features have been added to the coin in the form of an anti-counterfeit reeded edge.

- This is the first time in the series that the obverse features Adolph Weinman’s artist initials.
