Detailed Queen’s Memorial Design
Obverse: The face value can be found on the obverse. This side of the coin displays the first definitive coinage portrait of King Charles III, it was created by Martin Jennings.
Reverse: The design on this side celebrates the life and legacy of Queen Elizabeth II. This design was actually used for the reverse of Her Late Majesty’s coronation crowns issued in 1953. Edgar Fuller and Cecil Thomas worked to created this design.
