Exquisite Mother and Baby Panda Design
Obverse: The obverse features the traditional Hall of Prayer for Abundant Harvests design. The classic example of traditional Chinese architecture is located in Beijing at the Temple of Heaven. Encircling the hall is a rim frame on which the name of the issuing country is inscribed in Chinese, and the date, “2024,” is noted below.
Reverse: On the reverse, a mother panda cuddles her cub while looking at it lovingly under a tree. Inscriptions in the upper left note the coin’s weight and purity, “30 G AG .999.” The coin’s face value is provided at the bottom of this face. The reverse was designed by Ms. Huang Qin, an award-winning Chinese coin artist who also designed the popular 2022 Panda coin release.
