Regal Queen Elizabeth II Design

Obverse: The coat of arms of Barbados features on the obverse. A dolphinfish and a dexter support a shield that bears a bearded fig tree. The name of the issuing country, “BARBADOS,” is inscribed at the top, while the coin’s face value, “5 DOLLARS,” is noted below. Also on this face are inscriptions of the coin’s weight, “1 OZ,” and purity, “AG .999.”

Reverse: The reverse features overlapping portraits of Queen Elizabeth II facing right. One shows her as a young monarch and the other toward the end of her reign.
