The U.K. Queen’s Virtue coins debuted in 2020 featuring six coins in the series. They highlight the core principles or virtues of the British monarchy. The six virtues featured on the reverse were created by Dutch portrait artist and favorite coin designer of the Royal Dutch Mint, Elles Kloosterman. While the commonwealth portrait of the late Queen Elizabeth II, which appears on the obverse, is the work of The Royal Mint engraver Jody Clark. The silver coins contain 1 oz of .999 silver; the gold coins are 1 oz of .9999 gold. The virtues upheld by the monarchy pertain to Victory, Truth, Charity, Justice, Courage, and Constancy.
