4 2022 American Innovation Designs
Obverse: The date and “S” mint mark are located on the edge of each coin. The obverse shows a design by Justin Kunz. The Statue of Liberty is depicted on the obverse. The obverse design also includes a stylized gear privy which represents industry and innovation. This privy mark is exclusive to 2022 American Innovation dollars as a different privy mark is used on the series each year.
Reverse: The reverse designs for 2022 include Rhode Island, Vermont, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Respectively, they depict a yacht, snowboarding, bluegrass music, and rural access to electricity.
NGC PF70 First Day of Issue
All 4 coins in this set were submitted to Numismatic Guaranty Company (NGC) for grading. Each one received the grade of Proof 70 (PF 70) and the First Day of Issue (FDI) designation, which mean that these coins are completely free of imperfections and they were submitted with 24 hours of their release day.
