Reverse: The shape of “Fu” by Wen Zhengming of the Ming Dynasty is located on the reverse, on a papercut floral background, encircled by a collage containing panes, magpies, plum blossoms and folk house eaves. “Fu” represents a traditional New Year’s wish of happiness and prosperity. Inscriptions include “3 YUAN” and “Renyin” in Chinese characters, which confirms 2022 as the 39th year of the 60-year Chinese Sexagenary cycle and the Year of the Tiger.
