Near them, a unique, one-year-only 40th Anniversary Privy appears. This year’s design was brought to fruition by Chinese coin designer, the brilliant Huang Qin .
Obverse: The obverse shows The Hall of Prayer for Abundant Harvests in the Temple of Heaven located within the Forbidden City, near Beijing. This noteworthy Chinese historic and cultural site appears on the obverse of the series every year.
