Obverse: The obverse features the flag-wrapped form of Lady Liberty gracefully walking towards the sunrise. Inscribed “LIBERTY,” “2021,” and “IN GOD WE TRUST.” This patriotic design by acclaimed sculptor Adolph A. Weinman first appeared on the 1916 Walking Liberty Half Dollar.
Reverse: The reverse depicts a heraldic eagle grasping an olive branch and arrows, with thirteen stars above. Inscriptions include “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” “1 OZ. FINE SILVER,” “ONE DOLLAR,” “W,” and “E PLURIBUS UNUM.”
