Striking Taurus Design
Obverse: Gracing the obverse is the Doggaebi, a mythical creature that is believed to ward off dark spirits. The image comes from a famous tile from Silla, an ancient Korean kingdom. The name of the mint that struck the medal, “KOMSCO,” is below. Rim inscriptions note the medal’s date, “2021,” purity, “FINE SILVER 999,” country of issue, “REPUBLIC OF KOREA,” and , “1 CLAY.”
Reverse: The guardian Taurus is on the reverse. He has long, flowing hair and wields his sword. The name of the series, “ZI:SIN,” and name of the featured character, “TAURUS,” are inscribed along the rim.
