Handsome Display of Sportsmanship
The obverse is concave, illustrating three athletes actively reaching for the ball, surrounded by a net textured background. Inscriptions include “LIBERTY,” “2020,” “IN GOD WE TRUST” and “P.” The design is credited to Justin Kunz and Michael Gaudioso.
The reverse features a basketball as it as it falls into the net to score. The design by Donna Weaver and Phebe Hemphill is accompanied by the inscriptions “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” “E PLURIBUS UNUM” and “ONE DOLLAR.”
