Exquisite Toronto Skyline Design
At the center of the obverse is Ian Rank-Broadley’s right-side effigy of Queen Elizabeth II wearing a tiara, which will be familiar to collectors of coins from several countries. The face value of the foil note is inscribed twice, while “ELIZABETH II” and “COOK ISLANDS” are included once each. Details about the metal content of the foil and the certificate of authenticity both appear at the bottom.
