The enchanting image was created by Don Everhart, an accomplished U.S. Mint Medallic Artist from 2004 until 2017. Inscriptions include “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” “MARCH OF DIMES,” “E PLURIBUS UNUM” and “$1.”
