Description

Why Make This BU 2011 Silver Eagle the Next Addition to Your Collection?

Originally introduced in 1986, the American Silver Eagle is now one of the most widely collected coins in the entire world. This Silver Eagle was minted in 2011 and has a regular finish. Like other coins of the series, it is made of .999 fine silver and weighs 1 Troy oz. 2011 was also an important year for the series, it was the 25th anniversary. The obverse of this silver bullion coin depicts Liberty in stride as she makes her way across the horizon. This is a modern version of the Walking Liberty design created by Adolph A. Weinman. The weight and purity inscriptions are located on the reverse. This side displays a heraldic bald eagle and 13 stars. The reverse design is the work of former Chief Engraver of the US Mint John Mercanti.

This 2011 Silver Eagle has not been graded by a third-party. It is in Brilliant Uncirculated condition.
