Why does this perfectly graded 2007-W Burnished American Silver Eagle coin belong in your collection?

The coin features a smooth, satiny finish and a “W” Mint mark like the proof, to identify its collectible status. This 2007-W Burnished Silver Eagle was struck at the West Point Mint from 1 Troy oz. of .999 fine silver, its final mintage reported to be 621,333.
