Description

Why buy this 1999 American 1 oz Silver Eagle?

The 1999 edition of the Silver Eagle was highly prone to milk spots and not many achieved the high Mint State 70 grade. Of the 7,408,640 mintage, JUST 65 achieved the top Mint State 70 grade and were paired with the Mercanti Flag certification label according to the NGC census as of 06/10/2021. This low population makes this coin a particularly attractive option for collectors who love the bullion series but appreciate having coins in conditions that are not all that easy to come by.
